Personal training online is a one-on-one instructional session where education in how to apply force (exercise) appropriately for an individual is given . How "personal" is it though without the ability to educate, examine, and cue in person? In this 2-hour workshop, the skill of personal training will be defined in detail with the purpose of recognizing the components that create a unique experience for a client. Planning appropriate progressions based on these factors will also be identified.
